NYS FLOWER SHOW SCHOOL COURSE 2 - OCTOBER 6 - 8, 2025 Cornell Cooperative Extension, 24 Martin Road, Voorheesville NY 12186

The Flower Show School is open to all interested members. It is directed by Kim Thompson, FSS Local Chairman. the Design and Flower Show Procedure portion will be instructed by our District IV, Schuylerville Garden Club member, Carol English. The Horticulture portion will be instructed by our District IV, Glenville Hills member, Heidi Muschick. Also on October 6, District IV will present its Fall Meeting & Luncheon at the Holiday Inn, 232 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY. The meeting and program are being arranged by the Heritage Garden Club. Please plan to attend this meeting if you are able. The District meetings are always a nice time to get together. Payment should be made to your club treasurer who will forward one check to Heritage. A District IV Roundtable Workshop will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 9:30 am at the Knights of Columbus, 50 Pine Street, Saratoga Springs, NY. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss matters that are important to the functioning and continued growth of all of the garden clubs in District IV. Some subjects that have been suggested are membership, programs, encouragement of leadership and the procedure for District Luncheons & Meetings. Suggestions for other topics that any member thinks would be worthy of a discussion should let Mary Lou Baker, District Director know. All members are invited and encouraged to attend.
